Seamless Wrap PTFE Tape
Thermax’s Seamless Wrap PTFE wire insulation and cable jacket offers all the advantages of a tape wrap with the smooth appearance and installation characteristics of an extrusion.
Seamless Wrap features an outer surface that looks and feels like an extruded jacket. It reduces the possibility of damage during installation or re-routing and yields a more consistent final O.D. for cleaner stripping, marking and striping.
By eliminating the mechanical “weak points” of seams in conventional wrapped tapes, Seamless Wrap significantly improves abrasion resistance, particularly wire-to-wire; eliminates delaminating of sintered tape layers and has enhanced crack resistance for use in SWAMP and fire zone applications.

MaxFlite high-performance Ethernet Cables
MaxFlite Ethernet cables are high-performance; high-speed 100 Base-T cables designed for use in aircraft IFE (In-Flight Entertainment) systems. They are also ideal for other applications using IEEE 1394, ARINC 629, and similar products.
These cables feature our advanced LTE extruded expanded PTFE dielectric for increased velocity of propagation, and are available as quad or twisted-pair constructions. They are manufactured with Seamless Wrap PTFE Components.

MS 2 is low-loss, high-temperature cable with superior electrical and environmental performance for the most demanding aerospace, wireless and microwave applications.
The air-spaced PTFE dielectric provides low loss and saves weight, and the sophisticated double shielding virtually eliminates crosstalk. This dielectric construction, and the extruded FEP jacket, ensures consistent performance throughout MS 2’s extended temperature range.
